We are English and located in the U.S. Atlantic Time zone (UT – 4 hours). So, as far as the United States and Canada are concerned, there is little or no problem in communicating due to time differences or language. We can also communicate reasonably well in Spanish.

For the UK, we are either 4 hours or 5 hours behind UK time, depending on whether it is summer or winter. However, as we do not work on a 9 to 5 basis, we can easily arrange to liaise with clients in the U.S. or U.K. at a time convenient for the client.  We don’t mind starting the day early or finishing late.For us, the more important point is that we speak the same language and can understand what you are saying, and you can understand us.

We make use of a variety of communication Apps, including Slack, Meet, or Zoom, and we also have experience using other project management tools such as Putio, Pulsedesk, and ManageWP, to name but a few.  We can easily adapt to use other tools to suit our clients’ requirements.
