Our Managed Website Plan is always offered to any client when we have designed their website and many of them have enjoyed years of trouble free service as a result.
The Plan is not only available to our design clients but to anyone who has a WordPress website and would prefer to hand over the maintenance to us.
When we take on a new client our first job would be to review the current situation and ensure that the site is fully up to date and all areas are secure. We may recommend installing a security plugin to protect the site from malware and viruses if there is no protection installed.
As part of the Plan there is automatic access to our Support Portal where clients can contact us for rapid assistance in regard to any matter relating to their website.
This might be some text editing, adding new content, adding and configuring a new plugin, providing new services, or any other assistance as required.
We charge a flat rate $20 per hour for this work!
Yes, not $50, $100, or $150 per hour, we know some companies charge. And best of all, our work is all done “in-house”. We do not ever engage freelance or off-site people to work on your website and gain access to your dashboard or hosting.

If we are not managing your website for you and you have a problem, what will you do, or where will you go for help?
We frequently see WordPress website owners looking for help on freelancer platforms, like UpWork or Freelancer.com. We are well aware that these websites do try to protect clients by undertaking various forms of identity verification, but the reality is that once you hand over access to your website, you have no guarantee that access will not be given to other people.
We know, from experience, that some freelancers act as introducers to other non-registered or unverified developers or are the front person for a group that work as a team. This means access to your site could be shared by a number of people you have no knowledge of or control over. Providing a one-time admin username and password only offers limited protection, as a hacker can easily add a “backdoor” to your website without you ever being aware.
If you want a safer option, we are introducing a FREE Support Portal, the same as our Managed Website Subscribers enjoy. This means you have the ability to contact us using a unique email address that will ensure your issue is promptly addressed and resolved. All you need to do is complete this form with your name and email address, and you will be provided with a priority support email to use whenever you need help.
Help can be a problem on your website, or assistance with editing, adding content, new features, changing images, etc.
Our normal rates apply with a minimum fee of $10 for 30 minutes of work. We will supply and agree an estimate before beginning any work and will invoice you after completion.
In the unlikely event that we cannot resolve an issue, there will be no charge, regardless of the time spent.
